We apologize for some incorrect information published in last week's issue of the local weekly newspaper which indicated that this was free and open to the public. It is indeed open to the public but is not free. The recent issue corrected this error. This is the only event we have for which there is a fee.

Thank you for renewing your membership and supporting the society and the great programs, classes, and events we all value. PGS membership is a great value at only $17 a year for individuals and $25 a year for two members at the same street address.

If you have not done so, please take a moment now to take care of this. Here is how:

Go to the PGS website (PinellasGenealogySociety.com), mouse over the “Members” tab at the top of the page and follow the “Renew Membership” option.

If you want to become a new member, follow the same path to the “Join Us” option. If you wish to pay by check rather than online, you will find instructions to do so along the way.

We sincerely hope you will support us as we serve our members and fellow researchers.
