This is a rather unusual but critical database. It details the more than 20,000 graves that were relocated by the government due to their probable loss through flooding as the Tennessee Valley Authority project was undertaken.
To view the database, download the alphabetized list in either PDF or Excel format. Links to the down load are found about half way down the landing page. Among the information offered is name, birth and death dates, original and new cemetery, and date of relocation.
