The Provincial Archives of New Brunswick provides us an online database New Brunswick vital statistics found in New Brunswick Newspapers. The collection is the product of the efforts of Daniel F. Johnson. This is from the website: "The Database of Vital Statistics from New Brunswick Newspapers, based on over twenty-three years of work by Danny Johnson, is an extraordinary contribution to genealogical, biographical, demographic and historical research. The Provincial Archives of New Brunswick is honoured to present it on their web site as a tribute to Danny and a resource for researchers."
The collection covers 76 newspapers published in New Brusnwick from 1784 to 1896, and it is worth pointing out that the time span covers the years that Loyalists from the American Revolution settled in the New Brunswick region.
You can both search the collection or browse it based on tab selection at the top of the landing page.
