Although FindMyPast.com is a fee site, this database is free to search. It consists of about 50,000 records of Irish Catholics who either converted from Catholicism to Protestantism or who swore loyalty to to the British Crown from 1701 to 1845. The data base was provided in cooperation with the National Archives of Ireland.
